SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
1. Scholars, professionals, and practitioners are invited to submit an
abstract of approximately 200 words with three to four key words for
preliminary consideration by Monday, March 3, 2008. The submission
should include a title, name of author/co-authors, author's
designation, mailing address, telephone, fax and email address.
2. Invited speakers will be informed by Friday, March 14, 2008.
3. Subsequent to notification, a full presentation, including a paper,
ppt slides and other materials would be submitted by April 18, 2008.

AWARDS: Invited speakers will:
1. Receive a free pass to the Symposium (US$ 350).
2. Receive free accommodation with breakfast for three nights.
3. Have the paper published in the Proceedings distributed worldwide.
4. Receive a full copy of Proceedings, CD & other accessories.
